Nutridel Cookies

Posted on

Just when you thought I had run out of delicious guilt-free confections to brag about, Nutridel came to the rescue and sent me some remarkable hand crafted, vegan, all-natural, gourmet cookies to review!  I was hoping to give you the low down on all the flavors, but I only received the Pecan version.

They come in Almond, Oatmeal, Pecan, and Flax!

Born in Cancun, Mexico thanks to the handy work of Martha Lotfe, these crunchy, baked goods are nutty and sweet all on their own with no preservatives, artificial sweeteners, or additives.  Exploding with seeds, grains, nuts, fiber, they’re sweetened with a touch of molasses!

I can’t speak for any of the other flavors,  but I CAN tell you that the Pecan cookies are fantastic.  I could definitely tell that they weren’t made with anything “shifty” because they tasted so wholesome and non-artificial.  I’ve also never had a cookie that crunched quite the way these did!  I loved it!  I could imagine all the incredible ways these would be useable on a daily basis.  Crumbled over greek yogurt, sandwiching some almond butter & bananas, or even smeared with laughing cow cheese & sprinkled with cinnamon

Here’s the best part!

One WHOLE cookie (and they aren’t tiny!)  contains just 59 calories, 1g fat, 2g protein, and 2g fiber!

Each of the flavors’ nutritionals are a tad different, but nothing too drastic.  None of them peaks the 65 calorie range!

They’re pretty affordable, too!  Check out the website and order some of your own, because the retail locations are limited, but slowly expanding!  Keep an eye out!  😉  Thanks so much, Marisela & Nutridel!
