SeaPak Popcorn FISH!

Posted on

Thanks SO much to Mary Eva and SeaPak for sending me some of their newest product to try out!  I was ECCSTATIC, since SeaPak is one of my favorite companies…Their SALMON burgers are my ultimate FAVORITE.

This time, they’ve gotten creative and come up with POPCORN FISH.

Seriously, one bite and you’ll be HOOKED (pun intended ;))

These babies not only taste great, but they can be cooked to a crispy perfection in just about 14 minutes!  They’ve got a tender, flakey inside that melts in your mouth.  Just the way fish should be!  Flavorful, but mild at the same time.

Popcorn Fish with Creamy Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

They’re wonderful as appetizers, too!  If you want to please some party goers in a pinch,  they’re a great option.  Try the Popcorn Fish with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce recipe 😉

Or….got time for a nice, sit down meal with the family?

Popcorn Fish BLT Salad

How about a Popcorn Fish BLT Salad?  The website has a bunch of winning recipes, you’ve got to check out.

Another great thing about this product, is that typically “popcorn” anything means a greasy, fried option sure to break the calorie bank, but NOT SO with these Popcorn Fish.

Less than 200 calories for 8 whole pieces!  Not too shabby, eh? 🙂

You can find them in the frozen section of your local grocery store, which is another thing I love about them.  They’ve got a killer shelf life, so I can get them out and use them as I please!

Thanks again, SeaPak & Mary!

  2. I don’t eat fish, but it’s cool that they LOOK like they’d be “unhealthy” but those stats really aren’t bad!
