Must Have Been Something I Ate! Giveaway Alert ;)

When Cierra From Sequel Naturals, a favorite company of mine, contacted me about the release of a new book called “Must Have Been Something I Ate” by Peggy Kotsopoulos, I did a little bit of research on what the excitement was all about before I accepted the review offer.

To start off, I figured that since I loved their Whole Food Health Optimizers and Shake & Go Smoothies (the Choc-A-Lot in particular ;)), I would by a supporter of almost anything they endorsed.

I came to find that this book not only contained beneficial holistic nutritional information, but it also contained tips and tricks for eating to enhance beauty and things of that sort!

    Here’s #2: The Hummus, Fig, and Olive Tapenade sounds good, but then again they all do. I’ve made the chocolate pudding with the Whole Food Health Optimizer, so I’m a bit intrigued at how to make the mousse.
