Mornin’ sunshines! Happy Friday. This particular Friday is a little depressing for me, because tonight, I had the chance to go see Dane Cook, my favorite comedian, in our area. My ex had gotten tickets to the show for us to go, but seeing as how we broke up on kind of a bad note, he wasn’t even open to allowing me to buy the tickets from him. Grr. Anywho, I’ve got a date tonight anyway, so it’s all good. I’ll be going straight to the gym from work and then showering & getting ready in the locker room. What fun.
The funniest man alive...
To start my day off right, I began with another cottage cheese concoction of SF strawberry & blackberry jam with SF coconut syrup mixed in and topped with 1 cup of fiber one, as usual. If it’s not broke, why fix it, right?! 🙂 I also packed a lunch of 1/2 c. cottage cheese, 1 apple, and broccoli slaw with 1 cheese wedge melted in. Looks like I’m all set!

Guess what else?! I’m going to NYC on Saturday! I’m so excited…Some stops along the way are to include the Statue of Liberty, Time Square, The Rockerfeller Center, and possibly Central Park?! YAY. I will make sure to take lots of good pictures to share with the blog world. Pinky swear 😉
